Standard 1-Year Warranty
All products under the PolarEdge Label on Healari.com are covered by a 1-Year Standard Limited Warranty. This warranty protects against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered
- Manufacturing defects or faulty craftsmanship
- Malfunctioning electrical or mechanical parts (for cold plunge systems)
- Structural or component defects caused during production
What’s Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation

Cold Plunge Warranty Coverage
All PolarEdge Cold Plunge Systems are protected under the same 1-year warranty. This includes the chiller unit, filtration system, and plumbing components when used as intended and properly maintained. Healari reserves the right to repair, replace, or provide store credit based on the situation.

1. Product Warranty Information
The various components of the Invigoration series are covered by distinct Limited Warranties:
- Steam Shower Generators (K-32325-NA and K-32324-NA): Both the 7kW and 5kW units come with a Three-Year Limited Warranty covering the steam generator unit itself.
- Electronic Controls (K-32311 Adapter & K-5557 Control Kit): The digital adapter and the control kit/steam head are covered by a Five-Year Limited Warranty, which applies to electronic faucets, valves, and controls.

2. Critical Installation Requirements
Installation must adhere strictly to these rules to ensure safety, performance, and warranty validity. It should be performed by a qualified electrician and plumber.
A. Steam Generator Placement
- Location: Must be in a heated space (to prevent freezing) with a required access panel of at least for servicing.
- Proximity: The generator must be installed within feet () of the steam head for optimum performance.
- Clearance: Maintain a minimum of inches () of air space around all sides of the generator for heat dissipation.
- Position: Install in the upright position. The generator must not be installed above the level of the steam head.
- High Elevation: If installed over feet () above sea level, you must contact Kohler Customer Care for special instructions on the fast start coil.
- Drain Pan: A drain pan is required. The official Kohler pan is sold separately, but an appropriate, heat-resistant pan must be used.
B. Plumbing and Electrical
- Electrical Supply: Requires a separate dedicated circuit. Critically, no GFCI should be hooked to this circuit.
- Steam Line: Use copper or brass pipe. The line must be pitched toward the generator and should utilize elbows instead of elbows where possible to reduce condensation.
C. Controls and Steam Head Placement
- Steam Head Location: Place the steam head inches () above the shower floor and at least inches () away from the shower door threshold.
- Control Unit: The control unit must not be installed directly above or in-line with the steam head.
- Cable Drip Loop: When installing the control kit, ensure there is room for a drip loop in the cable to prevent moisture from traveling back toward the steam generator.

What This Warranty Covers
Healari guarantees that our products, when used and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the original purchase date.

- Normal Wear and Tear: Natural wear, including batteries (which may have separate coverage).
How We Can Help
If your product has a covered defect within 1 year, we will choose one of the following:
- Repair the product or defective part at no cost; or
- Replace it with a new or refurbished product.
Please note: Repair or replacement is the only remedy available under this warranty.
