At Healari, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’ve made the return process straightforward and easy to follow. To ensure clarity, our policy is divided into two categories based on the product type.

1. Return Policy for Standard Items

(Applies to: Accessories, Apparel, Small Recovery Tools, and Low-Ticket Items under 50 lbs)

We offer a 30-day return window for all eligible standard items.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fee for standard items returned in new condition.

2. Return Policy for Freight & High-Ticket Items

(Applies to: Saunas, Cold Plunges, Steam Showers, Red Light Panels, and Large Fitness Equipment)

Due to the size, weight, and logistics involved with these products, specific return policies apply based on the brand and product type.

A. 30-Day At-Home Trial (Select Products Only)

For select items marked with a "30-Day Trial" badge, we invite you to assemble, install, and use the product in your home. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Condition: The product must be in good, working, and resalable condition.
  • Packaging: The item must be fully disassembled and securely repacked in its original packaging (including all boxes, crates, and protective materials).
  • Fees: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping: The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping costs.
  • Approval: We may require photos or video of the disassembled and repacked product prior to authorizing the return shipment.

B. Standard Return Policy (Partner Brands)

For all other brands where we act as an authorized reseller, returns are strictly regulated by manufacturer guidelines:

  • Condition: Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, uninstalled, and in brand-new condition.
  • Timeline: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. If the packaging has been discarded, the return may be denied or subject to significant re-crating fees.
  • Fees: A 20% restocking fee applies to all standard returns.
  • Shipping: The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping costs.

As an authorized reseller, we adhere to these manufacturer policies to ensure product integrity and compliance.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Here is how we handle cancellations:

  • Before Shipping: Orders may be cancelled at any time before they enter the “Shipped” stage. A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. (This fee covers non-refundable payment processing charges assessed by credit card companies.)
  • After Shipping: Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the standard return policy and any applicable return shipping and restocking fees.
  • Custom Items: Made-to-order and custom-made items cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun.

Defective & Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will make it right.

  • Standard Items: Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Freight Items (Saunas/Plunges): You must inspect the package upon delivery.
CRITICAL FREIGHT INSTRUCTION:
For large items shipped via freight carrier (LTL), you must inspect the packaging immediately upon arrival. If there is ANY visible damage to the crate or box, you must note 'DAMAGED' on the driver's delivery receipt before signing. If damage is severe, you have the right to refuse delivery. Please contact us immediately at support@healari.com if this occurs.

For verified defective items, we offer the following at no cost to you:

  • Replacement of the defective item/part.
  • Full refund if a replacement is not available.
  • We cover all shipping costs for the return of defective goods.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return requirements. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the item arriving at our warehouse and passing inspection. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
