30-Day Returns Made Easy
We offer a 30-day return window for all eligible items. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
Exclusions for Saunas, Red Light Therapy Products, Fitness Products, and Cold Plunges
Due to the nature of these products, the following return and exchange policies apply:
Trial Policy for Select Products
For select saunas, red light therapy products, fitness products, and cold plunges, we offer a 30-day trial period. Here’s how it works:
- You may assemble, install, and use the product to try it at home.
- If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided:
- The product is in good, working, resalable condition.
- It is fully disassembled and repacked into the original packaging (box, crate, and materials).
Important Notes:
- A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns under the trial policy.
- Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
- Photos or videos of the disassembled and repacked product may be required before return approval.
Standard Return Policy for Other Brands
For all other saunas, red light therapy products, fitness products, and cold plunges from brands for which we are an authorized reseller:
- Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, uninstalled, and in new, resalable condition in the original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
- Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
- If the original packaging has been discarded or damaged, the return may be denied or subject to additional re-crating fees.

Cancellation Policy for Healari
Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be canceled at any time before they enter the “Shipped” stage for a 5% cancellation fee.
- Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return policy and any applicable restocking fees.
- Made-to-order and custom-made items cannot be canceled or returned once production has begun or once shipped.
To request a cancellation:

- Include your order number and request for cancellation.
- Our team will respond within 24-48 hours.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return requirements. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Drop off the package at the designated carrier location indicated in the provided return instructions.

Handling Non-Defective Returns
We understand that a product might not meet your expectations. That’s why we accept returns of non-defective items, provided they meet the following criteria:
- Items are unused and in their original packaging.
- All original components, accessories, and tags are included.
- The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Please Note: Items that show signs of use or damage may not qualify for a full refund.
Defective Items
We define a defective item as one that:
- Does not function as stated or fails to meet the product’s description.
- Has manufacturing flaws, such as broken parts or missing features.
- Arrives damaged or with material defects.
If you believe your item is defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. To verify the issue, we may request photographs or a video of the defect.
For verified defective items, we’ll offer the following resolutions at no cost to you:
- Replacement of the defective item.
- Full or partial refund to your original payment method.
If the item needs to be returned, we’ll cover the shipping cost.
Exclusions
The following scenarios are not considered defects and won’t qualify for a return:
- Damage caused by improper use, such as using the product for unintended purposes.
- Mishandling, such as dropping the item or exposing it to extreme conditions.
- Normal wear and tear or minor cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality.
