Order Transit Time

Once your order is shipped, delivery times depend on your location:

  • Economy Shipping: 3–4 business days (Monday through Friday).
  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days (Monday through Friday).
• Canada & Europe:  
  • Standard International Shipping: 6–12 business days (Monday through Friday).
  • Economy International Shipping: 6–18 business days (Monday through Friday).
• All Other Countries: 
  • Standard International Shipping: 6-18 business days (Monday through Friday).

• Certain Asian Countries:

• Free Economy Shipping: Free for orders over $100.
• Flat Rate for Standard Shipping: $8.99 for orders under $100.

Coverage

• Domestic Shipping: Available across the United States.
• International Shipping: Available to destinations including the United Kingdom, Canada, certain European, Australia and certain Asian countries.

Tracking

Each order comes with a tracking number. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details, or you can visit our Tracking Page.

Order Assistance

• Damaged/Incorrect Deliveries: Notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund free of charge.
• Lost Packages: If tracking shows the item as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local courier. If unresolved, contact us for help.
• Multiple Shipments: Orders containing several items may ship separately, but you won’t be charged extra.
• Receipt of Wrong Items: Contact us for assistance. We’ll ship the correct product along with a prepaid label for returning the incorrect one.

Order Cancellations

• Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 24-48 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t shipped yet. If your order has shipped, then we refer to the non-defective return policy. If you have any questions, email us at support@healari.com to ask.
