Freight & Heavy Item Shipping (LTL)

Many of Healari's premium wellness systems (such as Cold Plunges, Saunas, and Steam Rooms) exceed the size and weight limits of standard courier services like FedEx or UPS. To ensure these items arrive safely, we utilize Less Than Truckload (LTL) Freight.

What This Means For You:

  • Curbside Delivery: The carrier will deliver the item to the curb of your home or business. They will unload the item from the truck, but they will not bring it inside or unpack it.
  • Appointment Required: The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window. Someone must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.

Healari Brand Pricing Guarantee

For all Healari branded products, we generally absorb these heavy freight costs. The price you see is the price you pay. We strive to avoid any hidden fees for our customers.

Partnership Brands & Remote Areas

If you are purchasing a Partnership Brand item (a product fulfilled by one of our trusted partners), their specific shipping fees are set by them and followed by us. Additionally, industry standards classify certain locations (islands, mountains, gated communities with limited truck access, or areas far from major logistics hubs) as "Remote" or "Limited Access."

Please Note: While rare, carriers may charge additional interline fees for these specific remote locations. If you believe you live in a remote area, please confirm your shipping details with us during the checkout process so we can ensure a smooth delivery.

  • Domestic Shipping: Available across the United States.
  • International Shipping: Available to key destinations including the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and select European & Asian markets listed above.

Tracking

Each order comes with a tracking number. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details, or you can visit our Tracking Page.

Order Assistance

  • Damaged/Incorrect Deliveries: Notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund free of charge.
  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows the item as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local courier. If unresolved, contact us for help.
  • Multiple Shipments: Orders containing several items may ship separately, but you won’t be charged extra.
  • Receipt of Wrong Items: Contact us for assistance. We’ll ship the correct product along with a prepaid label for returning the incorrect one.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 24-48 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t shipped yet. If your order has shipped, then we refer to the non-defective return policy. If you have any questions, email us at support@healari.com to ask.
