Coverage
- Domestic Shipping: Available across the United States.
- International Shipping: Available to destinations including the United Kingdom, Canada, certain European countries, Australia, and certain Asian countries.

Tracking
Each order comes with a tracking number. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details, or you can visit our Tracking Page.
Order Assistance
- Damaged/Incorrect Deliveries: Notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund free of charge.
- Lost Packages: If tracking shows the item as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local courier. If unresolved, contact us for help.
- Multiple Shipments: Orders containing several items may ship separately, but you won’t be charged extra.
- Receipt of Wrong Items: Contact us for assistance. We’ll ship the correct product along with a prepaid label for returning the incorrect one.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 24-48 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t shipped yet. If your order has shipped, then we refer to the non-defective return policy. If you have any questions, email us at support@healari.com to ask.
